Founder's Tour & Luncheon

After enjoying the beautiful mountain vistas with a glass of wine, you may find your curiosity begin to take hold. Where did the idea for such a unique vineyard experience come from? What is Skylark Farm? How are the grapes developing? What is the white tower on the mountain? All these questions and more will be answered by the founder and owner of 12 Ridges Vineyard, Craig Colberg. Spend an hour with this visionary as he unravels the history of the property and the inspiration for the 12 Ridges concept. As you walk amongst the vines, hear the inside story of the grape growing process and receive an exclusive report on the state of our current vintage. Experience every view 12 Ridges has to offer and end the day with a glass of fine wine and a boxed lunch locally catered by Harvest Moon Catering. (menu options below)

Note: This experience lasts a total of 2 hours and includes extensive walking on potentially uneven surfaces. We recommend wearing comfortable, walking shoes. In addition, to maintain compliance with social distancing procedures, tours are capped at 10, and face masks are required for the tour portion. Masks will not be provided; we ask that you please bring your own.

Luncheon Menu

• Niçoise Salad: Boston lettuce, green beans, fingerling potato, hard-boiled egg, tomato, olives, chive vinaigrette, grilled chicken breast (GF, VG, Vegan option available)
• Grilled Steak Sandwich: Chipotle sauce, caramelized onions, tomato and greens with potato salad 
• Moroccan Grain Bowl: quinoa, wild rice, baby spinach & arugula, Moroccan carrots, red beets, chickpeas, yogurt, mint, dill dressing (VG, GF) Optional: add grilled chicken or grilled steak
• Asian Noodle Salad: rice noodles, grilled steak, snow peas, savoy cabbage, carrots, red peppers, spicy peanuts sauce (GF, DF, Vegan option available)
