About the Event

The holiday season is here and we’re excited to celebrate it with a gourmet five-course meal tucked in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Your chef for the night will be Chef David Dunlap, an Alain Ducasse & Inn at Little Washington alum and previously the executive chef  of Quirk Hotels. For those of you who are unfamiliar with Chef David, his most recent accolade is his recognition by FSR magazine as one of  the Top 32 Rising Star Chefs in the U.S.

Course one: Celery Root Bisque Scented with Brown Butter

Brioche Croutons, Pickled Mussels, Sage Oil

Paired with: Prosecco D.O.C. Treviso, Brut NV

Course two: Seared Ahi Tuna

Roasted Maitake Mushrooms, Bacon Broth

Paired with:  Nals Magreid, Pinot Noir, Italy 2018

Course three: Roasted Uncured Pork Belly

Apple and Sage Puree, Confit Sweet potatoes, Rosemary Jus

Paired with:  Catena, Vista Flores, Malbec 2017

Course four: Prime Rib Of Beef

Potato Puree, Thyme Au Jus, Mustard Greens

Paired with:  Lapostolle, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chile 2017

Course five: Roasted Pear and Lamond Tart

Hazelnut Ice Cream, Shaved Milk Chocolate

Paired with: Kuentz-Bas, Riesling, Alsace 2018
